I have never been a huge fan of dealing with banks, as my experiences have usually been painful ones. I am thrilled to say that Stacey has been a breath of fresh air and has made my experience at the Oregonian nothing short of amazing. From opening up my new checking account, to recommending and opening my new secure credit card, and even taking the time to go through my credit report with me step by step and coaching me on how to build my credit.

Connie in the back office has been a Godsend for me. She has countless times helped me solve small problems which for me as an ex-pat could have become big problems. She has always been professional and helpful, but more importantly, she has humanized an often overlooked, important relationship.

What a friendly, welcoming, and encouraging place to bank. So different from the corporate experiences at those other places. I'm proud to bank with Oregonians and their staff is always so helpful.

Love the folks at the Milwaukie branch. They are always friendly and call me by name when I come in. They are helpful and eager to help any way they can. There have been personnel changes over the years and I see these qualities in everyone.

Michelle of Oregonians to the Rescue...... A CAUTIONARY TALE Today I did a bad thing... I allowed a smooth talking tech conman remote access to my account thinking I was receiving a $400 refund for laptop security services ..... BIG MISTAKE! Something seemed fishy so I put the conman on hold and called OCU and Michelle came to the rescue!!!!! Secured my funds, closed and locked down all access online and SAVED THE DAY! Thank you times 100!!!
