Employee Benefits
Medical insurance is free for full-time employees after 90 days. And if you don't need it because you're insured elsewhere, we'll give you a bonus with each paycheck. There's an additional expense to add a spouse or dependents to our health insurance plant. Dental and vision insurances also cost extra.
New employees start with 12 days of paid vacation accrued over the course of the year. Over time, employees can earn up to 24 days of paid vacation each year. Paid sick leave is also earned.
Never worry about whether your vacation request for an important holiday was approved! Full-time employees get 11 paid holidays every calendar year including Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas, and New Years Day.
Employees can receive up to $2,500 in tuition reimbursement for job-related courses after their first year of employment.
If contributing to your community is important to you, we'll help you do it! Employees who volunteer at our community events, earn paid time off to volunteer in their community during work hours.
Our 401(k) program matches 5% with 100% immediate vesting.
If you can't afford to make contributions to your 401(k) from your paycheck, we can match the 5% against your student loan payments. We want to make sure you're getting the free 5%!
Oregonians employees are eligible for interest rate and fee discounts, which vary by loan product.

I LOVE my bank and have been with them for decades. Recently, I got another loan with them (I've had several over the years). Hands down my last interaction was the best experience thus far. The entire process was done in less then 24 hours. I refinanced my vehicle for a cheaper rate and received a little extra in my account. They make the loan experience so much more accessible, especially for young people who may be inexperienced and unfamiliar with the process. I submitted an original loan request online and was contacted, and although that application was rejected, they worked with me to find other ways of helping me work toward what I submitted that application for to begin with. Would definitely recommend them for banking and loan services, they are awesome.
