How do I enable face ID login on your app?

To enable face ID login, open the app and check the box Enable Face ID. This option will only be presented if your phone supports this feature. After you successfully log in, the face ID option will get you into the app thereafter - without having to supply your password. If you don't want to enter an One-Time Passcode (OTP) each time you log in, you can also check the box Remember me.

How do I temporarily block my card?

You can temporarily block your debit or credit cards from being used in digital banking.

Freeze-block your card

  1. Log in
  2. Open the Cards tab
  3. Locate the card you'd like to block
  4. Toggle the Active button
  5. Confirm you want to temporarily block the card and click OK

To unblock the card, toggle the Inactive button.

How do I reset my forgotten digital banking password?

How to reset your password in the app 

  1. Open the app.
  2. Click Login assistance (beneath the green SIGN IN button).
  3. Choose Forgot Password.
  4. Enter your Member Number and your User ID. Click NEXT.
  5. Enter your Social Security Number and your Date of Birth. Click NEXT.
  6. Select how you'd like to receive a One-Time-Passcode (OTP) and click the method (Text Me, Email MeCall Me).
  7. Enter the OTP and click NEXT.
  8. Enter a new password and click NEXT.

Do I have to provide an OTP every time I log in?

We have multi-factor authentication in the form of One-Time Passcodes (OTP) each time you log in to digital banking. If you trust the device you're accessing digital banking on, you can have our system remember the device so you don't have to supply an OTP next time you log in using this device.

  1. Enter your login credentials
  2. Select how you'd like to receive the OTP
  3. On the screen where you enter the OTP, check the box Remember Device/Browser

How do I set up balance sneak peek?

Balance sneak peek is a feature on our digital banking app that lets you see account balances without logging in. 

Set up balance sneak peek

  1. Log in to the app
  2. Open the hamburger menu (upper right corner, three stacked lines)
  3. Click Digital Banking Settings
  4. Under the ACCOUNT SETTINGS tab, select the account you'd like to enable from the drop-down
  5. Under Settings, activate the Sneak peek toggle
  6. Scroll down and click the Save button

You have to enable balance sneak peek on each account on your membership that you'd like to see a sneak peek for. To enable other accounts, just start at step #4 above and select the account in the drop-down.

How do I get my digital banking User ID?

How to get your User ID in the app 

  1.  Open the mobile app
  2.  Click Login assistance beneath the green SIGN IN button
  3.  Choose Forgot User ID
  4.  Enter your Social Security Number, Date of Birth and ZIP Code, then click Retrieve User ID
  5.  You'll receive confirmation that your User ID has been sent to your preferred contact
