The oregonians credit union is by far the best place to go for your home needs..The whole establishment is an absolute gem to work with and will help you in every step of the process..My wife and I had searched our options for a home equity line of credit and the oregonians credit union had the best rates and payment options for our situation.Little be known that they could also help us on our new trailer purchase and everything went without a issue..!

I worked closely with Emily on a HELOC product and it was by far the quickest and most seamless application and process we have ever experienced (and we had done a lot of them over the years). I LOVE my bank and have been with them for decades. Recently, I got another loan with them (I've had several over the years). Hands down my last interaction was the best experience thus far. The entire process was done in less then 24 hours. I refinanced my vehicle for a cheaper rate and received a little extra in my account. Not only was it quick, but was also handled primarily via text. Huge time saver for a busy mom.

We've banked with OCU since we moved to Portland three years ago. Recently I became dissatisfied with the bank that was handling my main credit card and decided to apply for one from OCU. The process was Seay and surprisingly fast, and the manager at our local branch was very professional and efficient in handling it.

Whenever I come in I am greeted with a smile. The staff is always polite and helpful. If they can't do what I am asking for they offer suggestions on possible solutions. I always feel valued and appreciated. It's a wonderful place to do business.

I allowed a smooth talking tech conman remote access to my account thinking I was receiving a $400 refund for laptop security services ..... BIG MISTAKE! Something seemed fishy so I put the conman on hold and called OCU and Michelle came to the rescue!!!!! Secured my funds, closed and locked down all access online and SAVED THE DAY! She provided the most genuine and most sincere customer service I've ever experienced. She considered my loan applications based on the whole picture and not just a credit score. I have been working with Kailee Wood on a couple HELOCS for investment properties and the turnaround time, communication and customer service has been top notch. One of the only banks in Oregon to offer HELOCS on investment properties with super low fees and good rates/terms. Very impressed with everything from start to finish and would highly recommend.

The team at Oregonians Credit Union is wonderful. For me, it all started back at the top of September when I applied for a HELOC at Embold Credit Union. We submitted the application with the requested up to date documents and were immediately approved. Two months later and the incompetent loan advisor still was unable to get her act together for signing. Tired of mistakes and misunderstandings and needing the loan, we reached out to Kailee at OCU and she was very helpful. Needless to say, we were approved immediately and signed the document THREE days after applying. The loan will be funded next week! I cant express my gratitude to Kailee and her team for helping us out in a tough spot!!

I've been with Oregonians for over 40 years. Have always appreciated the customer service I've received. Never had to wait in long lines, loan applications are easy and fast. Brought my grandson there to open an account in the Oregon City branch. Recently they had a printer error that misprinted some of my checks. They called me right away to let me know and gave me a gift card for lunch for my inconvenience. Very nice people

The Prineville Oregonians CU branch has the most wonderful staff. I'm a long term member due to their exceptional customer service. Each of my auto and RV loans have been very quick and enjoyable experiences and they've made it simple to make private party vehicle purchases.

They make the loan experience so much more accessible, especially for young people who may be inexperienced and unfamiliar with the process. I submitted an original loan request online and was contacted, and although that application was rejected, they worked with me to find other ways of helping me work toward what I submitted that application for to begin with. This financial institution hires and retains the most competent cashiers and personal bankers I have ever encountered.
